Caritas HUDEC Jaffna has organised a seminar at The Jaffna Public library hall for 60 farmers from Sandilipay, Nallur, Tellipalai, Kopay and Kayts DS divisions. Mr Nadarajah Umanath national peace and reconciliation officer was the resource person. People can get advice and knowledge how to develop Organic home gardening by using wastage into natural fertiliser and natural pesticides and how to produce Bio gas.
