Caritas Hudec jaffna had a great moment under the Direction of Revd.fr.S.Eugene Francis,Director that we have inaugurated the renovsted three Regular in collaboration with Irritation department,divisional Secretary Velanai today at Mandaitivu.The Chief Guest was District Secretary Jaffna Mr.S.Sivabalasundram remarked the event.The objective is to stop salty water to the 78 hectares of paddy land , protect safe drinking water and promote to generate land water recharge system.
