HUDEC-Caritas Jaffna has been implementing a livelihood activity in four villages namely Anaikoddai, Columbuthurai, Maniamthoddam and Eluvaithivu. Fifteen Self Help Groups were formed in Eluvaithivu, Kayts DS Division with 10 members in each group. The SHG leaders were elected in a meeting which was presided over by Revd. Fr. S. Eugene Francis, Director HUDEC-Caritas Jaffna on 22nd of October 2020. “Livelihood and Housing Support for War affected Communities in Northern, North Central and Eastern Provinces of Sri Lanka” is funded by MISEREOR through Caritas Sri Lanka – SEDEC.
