HUDEC-Caritas Jaffna has been implementing IHD-Civic Dialog and Cross Community Project in 5 villages since February 2020, in Jaffna District with the support of SEDEC-Caritas Sri Lanka, the National Centre, Colombo. Five CBOs of IHD Civic Dialog project have organized an Exhibition on 12th June 2020, at Maniamthoddam, Jaffna. 25 Self Help Group (SHG) members (300) participated and exhibited their products. SHG members from Anaikoddai, New Moor Street, Moor street, Uthayapuram and Maniamthoddam exhibited & sold their products. They have produced Grass Mats, Palmyra Products, Coir products (rugs, broom sticks, etc.), food items, Gingili Oil, Batik clothes, pots and plants. Revd. Fr. S. Eugene Francis, Director HUDEC-Caritas Jaffna ceremonially opened the exhibition stalls.
