Fund distribution for the livelihood support for the former IDPs was held on 7th July 2018 at HUDEC-Caritas Jaffna hall. The event was presided by Revd. Fr. S. Eugene Francis, Director of HUDEC-Caritas Jaffna. Fifty two resettled families from Palalay South J/252 were selected for this project and trainings were given to them according to their livelihood activity. These families will be engaged in goat rearing 15, farming 8, small business 10, Cow rearing 14, sewing 3, carpentry 1 and poultry 1.
