Peace group members from Sinhala speaking village from the Diocese of Kurunagal paid an exposure visit to Jaffna on the 21st of August 2017. Rev. Fr Jamika Perera Director of Caritas Kurunagala – Janasetha and forty members of Peace group members met Rev. Fr. S. Eugene Francis, Director of HUDEC-Caritas Jaffna on their arrival. They will stay with host families at Mathagal village from 21st to 23rd of August 2017. During their stay they will participate in cultural events with the village people. This programme is organized under the Peace and Reconciliation programme of SEDEC-Caritas Sri Lanka funded by Caritas Australia and MISEREOR.
