Under the Peace and Reconciliation programme of HUDEC-Caritas Jaffna: Revd. Fr. S. Eugene Francis, Director of HUDEC –Caritas Jaffna conducted empowerment programme for the children to work for peace and live in unity at Kulamangal RC School and Mathagal St. Joseph’s school on 25th and 26th of January 2017 respectively.
