Msgr. Dr. Klaus Krämer, President MISSIO & Kindermissionwerk and Mr. Frank Kraus, Director Foreign Dept. MISSIO paid a visit for the first time to HUDEC-Caritas Jaffna on 23^rd of Novermber 2016.  Kindermissonwerk funded many projects implemented by HUDEC-Caritas Jaffna in the Diocese of Jaffna.  They had discussion with Revd. Fr. S. Eugene Francis, Director HUDEC-Caritas Jaffna and the staff about the ongoing projects and the future plan of their funding.
