National Centre Sedec has organised a workshop for councillors from Batticaloa Trinco Mannar Kilinochi and Jaffna at Pandaterippu Retreat centre. This is a two days residential workshop and Dr Sivathasan Psychiatrist Consultant Jaffna teaching Hospital is the resource person. This program is funded by Misereor
