Rev. Fr. Mahendra Gunatilleke, National Director, SEDEC-Caritas Sri Lanka paid a visit to Jaffna on the 7th of January 2020. He met Rev. Fr. S. Eugene Francis, Director, HUDEC-Caritas Jaffna and staff and had a cordial meeting with them.
